PM2 Dashboard
Rails ops dashboard for logs, deployments, health checks, database snapshots, recovery workflows, and large-log debugging.
Hi there! I'm Donatas, aka Donce. I build backend systems, Rails apps, internal AI tools, and self-hosted setups. I am still basically a surfer who happens to love coding, but lately there is a lot more Codex, Claude Code, production debugging, and Linux involved.

This is my personal page where I write about code, Rails, AI assisted development workflows, Linux, self-hosting, and whatever I am breaking or fixing at the moment. If you notice any weird elements or floating divs, it's probably because I'm conducting a new experiment or I accidentally broke something on the site.
Right now a lot of my work is around Breezit: foxyBackend, FoxyVendor, PM2 Dashboard, Slack AI Analyzer, Autopilot loops, replay tools, and synthetic replay tests for AI generated code.
This personal page (Rails app) is hosted on my home server, which is located in my wardrobe in Lithuania:
So if you're accessing it from somewhere far away, it might take a bit longer to load than expected :)
Backend services, vendor and admin platforms, v2 architecture, and AI customer communication systems across foxyBackend and FoxyVendor.

Internal Slack bot that connects Codex, Claude Code, PM2 logs, read-only production analysis, screenshots, and follow-up context.
Autopilot loops, roadmap orchestration, review loops, replay tooling, and synthetic replay tests for AI generated code.
Arch Linux, Neovim, Docker, Kamal, Caddy, and home-server setups that keep the boring parts boring enough to trust.
